Biography of Mickey Cohen, Associate Consultant
Mickey provides client service across all areas and seeks to simplify a challenging journey. He aims to create value for all clients through analysis and understanding.
Mickey was born and raised in Northbrook, IL. He has a close bond with his brother, who is non-verbal, Autistic, and Epileptic. Growing up with a special-needs brother has fostered Mickey’s advocacy for the disabled community and his passion for helping those with disabilities. Mickey interned at Oak Wealth Advisors in the Northbrook, IL office, in pursuit of his interests. Following his internship, he accepted a full-time associate role with the firm.
In May 2023, Mickey graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He was honored to be chosen as a Learning Assistant for the Leeds School of Business.
His professional education has continued with CFP® designation coursework through Northwestern University. He intends to sit for the CFP® exam upon completion of the coursework.
Mickey enjoys daily exercise, golfing, and spending time with his dogs. He is also a car enthusiast and a Chicago sports fan.
