



Mike Walther loves guiding families who have loved ones with disabilities on their journeys, offering resources and advice to help them optimize their futures. Having a brother on the autism spectrum has given Mike valuable insight and a deep empathy for the challenges faced by Oak Wealth Advisors’ clients.
Mike and Oak Wealth Advisors have received awards from Newsweek and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors for their work as financial advisors and he has been recognized multiple times by Investment News. He enjoys sharing his expertise with the disability community through numerous national publications, on financial services industry association websites, during television appearances on ABC, Fox, and WGN, as well as in Oak Wealth Advisors’ book It’s Okay to Laugh. He has delivered hundreds of presentations to national and local non-profits as well as audiences at financial services industry conferences. Mike has also served on numerous nonprofit boards. His professional designations include CPA/Personal Financial Specialist, CFP®, and CFA®.
Mike was born in St. Louis, MO and is a lifelong sports fan and collector of sports memorabilia. He has been married for over 30 years and has two adult children. He earned both his BS and MBA degrees from Vanderbilt University.
