Aaron Osterberg
Associate Consultant
Personal Mission
Aaron provides client service across all areas and strives to create impact-driven and meaningful relationships with families.

Aaron brings a deep personal connection to his work with families, shaped by his close relationship with his uncle, who has Down syndrome. Raised in Madison, Wisconsin, in a family with a strong history of advocacy and support for individuals with disabilities, Aaron was inspired from an early age to make a difference in this space.

While earning his bachelor’s degree in Personal Finance: Financial Planning from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Aaron also pursued a certificate in Disability Rights and Services—further solidifying his commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities through thoughtful, values-driven financial planning. His passion for this work was reinforced during his internship at Oak Wealth Advisors, which led to a full-time role with the firm in 2023. He also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from UW–Milwaukee at Waukesha and is currently preparing to take the CFP® exam in the fall of 2025.

Aaron is a dedicated Wisconsin sports fan who rarely misses a Brewers game during the summer. He enjoys staying active and spends his free time playing baseball, basketball, and soccer. Whether he’s on the field or in the stands, Aaron brings the same energy and enthusiasm to his personal life that he brings to the families he serves.
