Community Perk of the Month: Amusement Park Passes

Podcasts & Tips

Amusement parks such as Six Flags and Disney often have accommodation options for riders with disabilities. These options typically include alternatives such as scheduling a return time to come back to the ride and board immediately, rather than having to wait in line. Visit the park’s website for more information on their services.

In addition, certain participating amusement parks partner with the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), to assist anyone who is requesting accommodations or assistance at participating amusement parks and attractions.  Individuals can register for the free IBCCES Accessibility Card online. The card must be renewed on a yearly basis.
